A deep purple, black fruit medley consisting of sun ripened blackberry, concentrated cherry, and plum. While playful and fruit-driven, there is a layer of leather (desperado) and pepper spice that is true to its roots, albeit tamed. Intertwined is a toasty vanilla oak backbone that makes for a well-structured, substantial, and harmonious wine.
